Murió el protagonista de la serie Spartacus a los 39 años

Andy Whitfield, el actor que protagonizó la serie de televisión por cable Spartacus: Blood and Sand, murió este domingo. Tenía 39 años. Sam Maydew, su agente, dijo que Whitfield murió en Sydney, Australia, de linfoma no-Hodgkin, una afección por la cual se forman células malignas en el sistema linfático. Vashti, esposa de Whitfield, describió a su marido como un "hermoso joven guerrero" que murió una "mañana soleada en Sydney" en los "brazos de su amada esposa".
